Mambo is a key spot on the main drag of Ibiza Town, a peachy, pinky relaxed-looking bar which is, in essence, German. It's been around for a staggering 24 years and feels like one big happy family, with friendly personable vibes. Enrique and Horstare now entertaining the third generation of visiting Germans who come here to chinwag, drink and people watch. It's a real meeting point in Ibiza Town, compact and bijoux but crammed with character, the dusky pink terrace tables heaving with people teetering on stone- washed denim stools. Footage from Pacha is projected onto the face of the building, and inside the walls are covered with photos of holiday fun and frolics.
